RETURNS / EXCHANGES |

At ISKCON Govinda’s, we believe in the highest quality standards, and take the utmost care with shipping and delivery. Given the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a wrongful delivery (i.e. the product doesn’t match the item ordered), or if there is a genuine manufacturing or quality defect. Please note that the handcrafting process lends itself to minor differences between the visuals you see online, and the final product. These are not considered flaws or defects, but are an inherent part of the creative process, which makes every piece we source and sell, truly unique. Before accepting delivery of a package, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) and report an issue as per the details below, with photographic proof. Ensure that when you sign for the package, you indicate the damage on the shipment manifesto as well. We will require the package and its contents to be returned to us, at your cost. |

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY |
||
We reserve the right to provide resolution to a given situation, in a manner we deem fit, at our sole discretion. We will not refund the order amount in the event that a shipment is returned to us, because the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. |

SHIPPING DETAILS |

We currently only ship within India. Please get in touch with us on email for international shipments. All orders are processed from our own warehouses in Bangalore, and will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. We ship through registered courier companies. Deliveries could take between 7-12 working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. |

SHIPPING CHARGES |

We change shipping and handling fees at shipping partner actuals for all orders placed on the website. All applicable final charges will be displayed during the checkout process, including applicable discounts, if present. |

TRACKING YOUR ORDER |
||
Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you, with the tracking number and shipping agent details – you can track the order via their website. You can also track your order by signing in on our website, and locating the order under ‘My Orders.’ |

RETURN OF YOUR ORDER |
||
Our shipping agent will attempt delivery thrice, before the order will be returned to us. In such a situation, we will not refund the order amount. Please ensure you provide the complete and accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number, to help with prompt and accurate delivery. |

PAYMENT MODES / GATEWAY DETAILS |

We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). HDFC / Instamojo is our third-party payment gateway. Details can be found on their respective websites. |
